Therapists, and Reiki Masters
Julie began to practice yoga in 1995 under the instruction of Kirin Mishra
of Saraswati River Yoga. In 2002, Julie attended and completed Baron Baptiste's teacher training in Tulum, Mexico. She received her 200-hour
yoga alliance certification from Corina Brenner at Wake Up Yoga. Over the past four years, Julie has developed a unique approach to teaching yoga. Combining the many disciplines
which she has been certified to teach, including vinyassa, yin and restorative yoga, as well as thai massage, Julie tailors
each class to meet the goals and the needs of each client and includes many hands-on adjustments. Julie is currently
studying Iyengar yoga under the guidance of Joan White, who holds an Advanced Iyengar Yoga Certificate awarded by B.K.S. Iyengar. Julie has also received training in Thai Massage
by Duncan Wong and Simon Park. Julie’s training has continued
with countless workshops and classes, given by such notables as Dharma Mittra, Duncan Wong, Paul Grilley, Cyndi Lee, Rodney
Yee, Doug Swenson, Gerard Arnaud, Judith Lassiter, David Life and Sharon Gannon.

Simon Park was first introduced to the grace and beauty of Ashtanga yoga
through Shiva Rea at UCLA in 1995. He continued his study of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa and Traditional Thai Massage at Yoga
Works where he was certified to teach in 1998. Since then, Simon has taught yoga and Thai massage classes, workshops and teacher's
trainings nationally including Laughing Lotus NYC, At One Yoga Phoenix, and O2 Aspen. He has created massage programs for
Exhale Spa New York and Spa Bellagio Las Vegas. Additionally, his "Body Enlightening" Massage has been featured
in W Magazine, New York Times, and Yoga Journal. Simon continues to assist Shiva Rea, while traveling the world teaching yoga
and massage.

With a father who is a doctor of Ayurvedic medicine, and parents who are
both siddhas of Transcendental Meditation, Tina DiChiara grew up knowing that she is a "citizen of the age of enlightenment."
Tina learned the Transcendental Meditation technique at the age of five and learned the pranayama and yoga asana that compliments
TM by the age of ten. She fondly remembers showing off her padmasana (lotus pose) to her father, as pose he couldn't approach,
while he practiced mayurasana (peacock pose), a pose she is still trying to breathe into! At 17, a high school friend
introduced Tina to Reiki, a form of Japanese energy healing that she has used to heal herself and others ever since. Tina
achieved her Master Level Reiki Attunement in 2003, and completed her yoga teacher training at Wake Up Yoga, Philadelphia,
PA in 2004. Since then, Tina has been teaching yoga full and part-time in Boston, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, and has so
much fun that she feels teaching yoga is almost better than doing it!
Sheryl Goldberg, CMT is a native Philadelphian, and has lived in Broomall
for 20 years. She received a degree in Mathematics from LaSalle University in 1984 and worked in the actuarial field for 10
years before having a family. After leaving actuarial work to stay home and care for her children, Dan and Alanna, she chose
to change careers and train in massage at the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy.
Although massage seems a
jump from actuarial work, it was not a leap in terms of Sheryl’s life. She had been massaging family as far back as
she can remember. Sheryl graduated from massage school in May, 2000 at the top of her class with the two awards the school
gave out that year. “Outstanding Student Clinic and Outreach” , and “Outstanding Student Achievement”.
Sheryl has also taken several advanced massage classes and now practices a variety of massage and bodywork including Swedish,
Craniosacral therapy, Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy, Geriatric Massage, Prenatal Massage.
Sheryl is also a Reiki
Master. She is very spiritually focused, and it comes out in her work. Sheryl often can ‘tune in’ to the body,
sometimes feeling emotions the body is holding, and feeling where muscles are tight. She says she ‘talks’ to the
muscles to provide a release. “I try and tune myself in to the person I am working on, using more or less pressure as
needed, always in love, to provide muscle release, relaxation and an overall sense of well-being’.

Leslie, a Louisville, Kentucky native, spent her elementary and high school
years practicing dance with the Louisville Preparatory Dance Workshop and the Louisville Ballet Company. Yoga became a natural
extension from dance, both utilizing breath, focus and movement. A graduate of the University of Louisville and Wake Up Yoga
intensive teacher training program, Leslie continues her quest to deepen her yoga understanding by training extensively with
Duncan Wong, Simon Park, Dharma Mittra and Shiva Rae. Leslie's yoga practice is strength and flexibility based combining
both yoga and thai massage in order to achieve the maximum physical and emotional release. She is available for private yoga
practice and thai massage.

Ruthie Kaiser offers private and semi-private meditation classes at
